Healthcare Provider Partners must sign up for an account on our provider portal to order kits, register and assign a kit ID to a specific patient and sample*, review patient results, update payment information, and more. * A provider may register and assign a kit ID (sample) on behalf of a patient, OR, a patient can complete the online enrollment process themselves. The latter is typical for practices that send the sample collection kit home with a patient to complete out of office.
